There are a couple of good Chinese food restaurants in Taos, all worth a try, but Hunan's is my favorite. The portion sizes are what you would expect from a modestly priced Chinese restaurant, the serves is exceptional and no wait times (can't say the same for Yu Garden). I love the Orange Beef and the crunchy noodles are some of the best I've had.
