Opposite the Royal Palace 8.00am-5pm daily. The museum houses exhibits of artisanship and sculptures of Hindu gods, ancient tablets and artefacts from a prehistoric burial site. The main attraction is the statue of King Jayavarman VII (1181-1219) in meditation pose.
Big collection of sculptures and other old khmer art. The building is beautiful too.
The National Museum it a delightful place to visit to discover the Khmer Culture where you can find sculptures and artifacts that are found in different era and regions of Cambodia and mostly setting in beautiful Khmer Style Architecture.
