Simply a hole in the wall that makes the best egg tarts you will possibly ever have. For $2, you get this palm-sized baked buttery flakey tart filled with a velvety sweet custard. The tart shell crumbles as you bite into it and the custard melts in your mouth. This place is a bit unpredictable with their hours, so call in advance to check. If you arrive at 8am, you may be lucky enough to get the fresh custard tarts warm out of the oven. Go on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday early (like 8am) or between 3pm and 5pm. Check in advance to be sure they’re open. It’s cash only.

The HYPE is real folks. This very famous place for Egg Tarts is the bomb, but beware the line can be very long. Go here around 6PM and shouldn't be too long.

Open: Mon-Sun 8am-8pm VERY famous for their egg tarts with flaky and crisp crusts for $1.35 (they are a bit more expensive now, but worth it). Get ready to wait in line.
