Very beautiful theatre. The architecture and decor is absolutely stunning, especially the chandeliers and balconies. I went here for the 2018 Christmas symphony and thoroughly enjoyed the show. The sound quality and the view was great, even if you sat in the back. The chairs could do with some padding on the arm rests, just to make extended shows more comfortable to sit during. Overall, the theatre is great.

The Strand Theatre in Shreveport, Louisiana, opened in 1925 as a Vaudeville venue and was nicknamed "The greatest theatre of the South" and the "Million Dollar Theatre" by its builders
