Riverfront park next to Smale, great for walking, swingsets, tennis, biking, pretty landscaping. Park in Newport and walk over the Purple People Bridge!

Another park along the Ohio River with a grand lawn great for frisbee or kick ball. Playground sets, sand volleyball courts & tennis courts.

Connected to Smale, Sawyer Point is a HUGE park hosting concerts, an inclusive playground, splash areas, sand volleyball, and much, much more. Great spot for a picnic or bike ride.

Pickleball! It’s all the rage, and Sawyer Point will soon be home to a world class pickleball complex of courts. Beyond that, Sawyer Point offers a great spot to start and finish a run along the picturesque Ohio River.

Sawyer Point is at the base of Mt. Adams on the riverfront. You’ll find pickleball and tennis courts, play equipment, the Serpentine Wall, and walking and biking paths that connect the park to Smale Park to the west and International Friendship Park to the east.
