Michelin starred since 2010. One of the best bourbon lists in Chicago or anywhere else. Excellent farm-to-fork cuisene. Brunch is highly recommended (if you don't show up right at 9:00am, expect to wait!). Dinner is equally worthwhile, and again, if you don't show up early (like, before 6:00pm) expect a wait.

Ramen! This was voted by readers of the Chicago Eater blog as the best ramen in 2015. Also offers delicious bao and other asian fare. This is the original location, but they have since opened a south side outpost and one in Las Vegas.

Burgers. Their beef burgers and black bean burgers are both excellent. The $9 combo (burger, fries & a beer or a shot) is a great value. Has a nice patio in the back (opens onto a parking lot though, not a green space).
