Surrounded by trees and flowers this totally private studio is roomy, light and airy. A king size bed plus a sleeper couch offer restful sleep for 2 adults and one child. There is plenty room to comfortably add a bed for a 2nd child. (We did it several times around Christmas) We are off of a private road it feels like a trip to a European countryside. Still we are just a short drive from businesses, mall, dining, theaters and near hiking, biking and riding trails and beaches. Private bath.

Our renovated private guest suite is located on Woodland Hills neighborhood 12 miles from Topanga Beach, 17 miles from Malibu, 18 miles from Santa Monica and 16 miles from Universal Studios. If you prefer to be "off the beaten path" but yet close enough to enjoy the conveniences of town-this is the spot for you! Before booking, please keep in mind that the access to the unit is through an outdoor set of stairs with no railing.
