Ihr eigenes, kleines Feriendörfchen, ein Steinwurf von Lavertezzo und der schönen Verzasca entfernt. Das Dorf besteht aus 2 typischen, 300 Jahre alten Rustici mit authentischen Granit Dächern. Ideal für einen Urlaub mit einer kleinen Gruppe von Freunden oder Familie, insgesamt stehen 12 Schlafplätze zur Verfügung. Die Rustici liegen ruhig, dennoch ist die Verzasca nur wenige Schritte entfernt und lädt zu einem kühlenden Bad ein. Bushaltestelle & 2 Parkplätze sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Casa Cecilia, a house of the late 1800s, full of happiness to share. We renovated it with great care while maintaining an authentic and welcoming ambience. The house is located in the quiet old town of Losone San Giorgio. Enjoy the wonderful Ticino atmosphere and the hospitality of the Bertola's. From here, in a few moments by bike, you can reach Locarno with its famous Piazza or the lakefront of Ascona, where you can enjoy aperitifs and dinners.

Bijou Cardada, 3 1/2 pièces, nouvellement rénové

En dessus de Locarno, sur une pente ensoleilée et calme, se trouve notre maison de deux appartements. Pendant l'hiver 2019/2020 l'avons complétement rénovée et nous avons créé un petit bijou. Autour de la maison, tu trouves plusieurs petites places ensoleilées ou ombragées avec une vue splendide sur le Lago Maggiore et Locarno. sur youtube en cherchant avec "Bijou Cardada" (youtu.be"slash"F2pRwVfBkjE) tu trouves un petit film sur l'appartement.

Am Ende einer 80 stufigen Treppe gelegen (siehe Bilder - Fitnessprogramm inklusvie :-) ) , haben Sie von jedem Zimmer, Pool und Gartensitzplatz aus freie Sicht auf die Natur, den See und Ascona. Das Haus wird an maximal 4 Erwachsene und bis zu 3 Kinder vermietet. Poolsaison von Mai - September.
