A spacious studio apartment in a quiet part of Lynnwood, Pretoria that is in the heart of many and varied places of interest. Tired of loadshedding or no water, this is the space for you. We have solar, battery back-up, an outside gas hob to keep you going during routine stages and off-grid water supply. Bright airy spacious cottage on our property in the leafy green secure suburb of PARKMORE in the heart of SANDTON. We do have full backup power facilities - no electricity issues for our guests. Guests have their own entrance & off street parking. We do MEET & GREET or Self Checkin by prior arrangement. The cottage is located within walking distance of Benmore Shopping Centre, a 5 minute drive from Sandton Business Centre. There are restaurants and sports facilities within walking distance.

This large (~100sqm) sun-filled apartment, situated in a tranquil boomed area only 3km from Sandton City, is perfect for the business traveller or a family. The bedroom has a comfortable super-king bed with luxury microfibre duvet and Egyptian cotton, and plenty of cupboard space. The kitchen is fully equipped. The comfy lounge is set up for TV watching, reading under the standing lamp or working at the large desk. The large balcony looks over our beautiful garden.

Water backup and solar so no load shedding , situated close to Sandton in a quiet suburb, the cottage has its own entrance, garden, off street parking and is very private with its own bathroom, living area and a well equipped kitchen, it also includes a scullery containing a washing machine and additional sink and storage space. This centrally located, self catering, free-standing, magical mountainside cottage, exudes charm and a spirit of adventure. Perched on the ridge, it looks out over Johannesburg's northern suburbs and is set in a spacious garden full of botanical delights, birds and butterflies. This is a quiet, peaceful area suitable for relaxing or working from. We have a solar and battery power backup and water reservoir, so have reserves of electricity and water.
