It has a south-facing walled garden, off-street parking, and is close to an award-winning village pub plus numerous local attractions and beautiful countryside. Please refer to our Policies Below. Welcome to our much loved home, ‘The Tea Barn’ as we like to call it. It was a self build project & hopefully shows all the love and pride we have put into it. We have added charm and character to the property, to provide for a cosy, relaxed get away! We are located in a small quiet village between the towns of Westbury & Trowbridge. The local pub 'The Royal Oak' is just a few steps away. We believe that this is a perfect base to travel from for days out, then back to relax in the small garden!

Rumple Cottage sits in a row of Georgian cottages on a private lane in a village on the Wiltshire/Somerset/Cotswold borders. Enjoy country walks to our favourite pubs & wild swimming spots, or cosy up in front of the projector & unwind in the luxury bath. It's a 20 min drive to the UNESCO world heritage city of Bath & 6 mins to the beautiful town of Bradford on Avon with its canals, rivers & station. Enjoy a complimentary homemade cream tea, freshly baked bread & seasonal cocktails on arrival.

Delightful shepherds hut in rural location

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic shepherds hut in a vast garden in the village of Hilperton, 30 min drive from Bath & 15 min drive to Bradford on Avon. The hut sleeps 4, a Kingsize below and double on top but preferably only 2 children or 1 small adult on the top bunk. Extra child mattress & sleeping bag under the bed. There is a 5 min walk across a field to the Kennet and Avon canal with beautiful walks in either direction. The hut is situated in a private spot in our family garden.

'Rambler's Retreat' offgrid caravan in leafy Bath

Here's the 'Rambler's Retreat' A cosy off grid caravan set in a secluded spot 300 mtrs from the kennet and Avon canal towpath near Bath. It offers two double beds, a one ring cooker, a vintage washstand for victorian style body washing, 12v solar lighting and one usb charging port. Outside you have a private patio, fire bowl, washup area and your own compost toilet. (Our filtered Spring water has tested crystal clear at Wessex Laboratories.) Wood and eggs are usually available to buy on site.

A lovely private annex in a village location, 1 bedroom with king size bed, bathroom with walk in shower, living room/kitchenette with single electric hot plate stove, fridge, microwave, smart Tv/free sat: complimentary tea/coffee-cornflakes with either porridge or muesli.There is a small patio and parking for 1 car. The West Wing

Peaceful self-contained annex attached to owner's property. Easy strolling distance to The Kennet & Avon Canal, River Avon, open fields and Bradford-on-Avon town centre and all the amenities that the town offers. The accommodation provides a spacious wet room and and bed-sitting room which has a kitchenette area (2-ring induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc). There is a smart TV and free wifi. Access is via private entrance into courtyard area. Easy on-street parking adjacent.

Suitable for solo travellers, couples and families with children over the age of 5. The house boasts a newly fitted kitchen and bathroom, a log fire, plus 100ft wild garden to explore. Great location for country walks, National Trust visits, Bradford on Avon and a 25 minute drive to the city of Bath.
