THINK TINY, THINK ADVENTURE Modern TINY (16') Home on Wheels was inspired and built with a desire for minimalism, clean lines and efficiency of space. It has all the modern amenities you need in the midst of Nature. Space is sufficient but limited. Tiny is located inside "Lone Pine Mobile Oasis" RV PARK, on the west side of HWY 395, and Lubken Canyon. There is Hwy noise and there are neighbors. Semi's do drive the Hwy during the night. The ranch has plenty of private outdoor space to explore including over a mile of the Kaweah River, one of the only deep water swimming areas around, ponds and a 60 ft waterfall. Our property is great for the hiking, bird watching, swimming or fishing enthusiast! A map of the land and its features will be provided upon arrival.

Located conveniently on the main road (HWY 198), 2 minutes from town, just down the road from the White Horse(wedding grounds) and 5 minutes to the park entrance. Ideal for a couple, common area has a queen size bed. Small "bunk room" available for an additional $40 charge per night. Coffee Pods and creamer provided! Private patio overlooking the river with view of mountains.

Church is a newly renovated 1940's home nestled in the heart of downtown Visalia. You are just a walk away from downtown, locally-owned eateries (we will provide you with our favorites!), enjoy the Wine Walk or maybe a Rawhide game. Visalia's Thursday afternoon Farmer's Market is also two blocks away!You will really enjoy this centrally-located place. Please be advised that there is a local business just a few doors down that feed those in need.
