Bring the whole family to this great large home with lots of room for fun. Our house is right on open space with direct access to the trails from our yard. Located only five mins from the freeway you'll be in SF in 15 mins and downtown Mill Valley or Larkspur in five. We have all the toys: bikes for every age, an electric cargo bike, surf boards, boogie boards and everything you need for a day at the beach. We also have a trampoline, outdoor dining table and lounge area in the backyard.

Our one-bdrm ADU has the feeling of a cozy cottage, with a queen bed in the bedroom and a queen American Leather sofa bed. The bathroom is newly remodeled and has a full size washer/dryer. The kitchen has the essentials with a large fridge and local coffee supplies. Use of the main home's EV charger, jacuzzi and BBQ are available too.
