Sit on the front porch and watch the sun set, or take a walk around the front yard, beneath the beautiful, canopy pecan trees. Please do not enter our back yard at any time.

This is a very unique 1890's unit in the heart of Fort Smith Downtown Party District. This unit has been recently renovated with all up to date comfort while keeping its old western charm. HOWEVER, This unit is located above a local, well loved Pub. Therefore making this unit VERY noisy with music and loughter. We do hope that you will give us a chance and come stay with us and enjoy the old Western charm Fort Smith has to offer.
