Elegant 104m2 apartment in central Malmö

Elegant apartment, central location and well connected with public transport. This 104m2, 1930's apartment has spacious social areas with beautiful light admission, two full sized bedrooms, whereof 1 with a king size bed and 1 with a luxury sofabed. From the second bedroom you can access the private balcony and enjoy some late afternoon sun and a barbecue (gas). You can also access the cozy, shared courtyard for an outside dinner. This is our home and we expect you to be respectful.

There are excellent bus connections, supermarkets and foodplaces just around the corner of the apartment.

Cosy apartment in Malmö

A small but very cosy apartment from the 1950s with a spacious glass balcony. From here is walking distance of about 10 minutes to Folkets Park and S:t Knuts torg where one will find an abundance of stores, pubs and cafés. In the basement there is access to free-to-use sauna. Just downstairs you'll have Ica's grocery store and the fast track bus which takes you to the Central Station in 15 minutes. You'll feel at home. Welcome!

Fin nyrenoverad lägenhet i Kirseberg

Lägenheten blev färdig sommaren 22. Allt är nytt och den har nu golvvärme i badrum och kök. Utrustad med alla köksinventarier man kan tänkas behöva Finns gott om plats på gatuparkering, men som dock numera kostar lite. Finns 5 sängplatser i lägenheten. En dubbelsäng, en enkelsäng samt en bäddsoffa för två. Tvättmaskin, torktumlare och torkskåp finns i tvättstugan.
