Fast wifi and cable tv. Street parking in front of house. 5 miles this is a quiet space. No parties,loud music,quiet time is 9pm-10am

Situated in an oak grove, adjacent to the state park, and surrounded by a native plant garden, the cottage is the perfect place to unwind and listen to the birds (and wild peacocks) sing. Comfortable to get to work or heal or explore SoCal's beaches, mountains, hiking, biking, visit Universal Studios or Santa Barbara a perfect little home to get away for a couple of days, weeks or even months.

It is located on a super quiet residential street, but also a quick walk to a local park, cafes, restaurants, bookstore, and a market. Our cottage is intentionally designed to include (almost) everything you need with lots of small beautiful details. With the warm sunlight and the cool ocean breeze pouring in all at once, our family finds it a wonderful place to relax.
