Chalet dans un paysage Hollandais (2-4P)

Le chalet est une partie rénovée de la grange à l'arrière, avec vue sur les prés. Le chalet 1 chambre est entièrement équipé, cuisine, salle de bains et un 2ème WC. Elle mesure 60 m² et peut accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes. Idéalement 2 adultes et 2 enfants, mais 4 adultes est possible, mais c'est peu trop petit. Vous pourrez profiter de votre propre jardin privé au bord de l'eau, vous aurez un accès facile au gîte via le côté droit de notre longère. Il y a un petit bateau à votre disposition.

Around the corner you walk into the forest and also you can find within a walking distance the park, supermarkets, shops and restaurants. Busses to Utrecht, Vianen, trainstaton Driebergen-zeist, Amersfoort, Wijk bij Duurstede and Wageningen are within 2 to 5 min walking distance. It's a 20 min bus ride to Utrecht center ('t Neude). Also close to the central highway (A12).

The house is fully renovated and equipped with all necessities. Several biking and walking routes pass by the farm. The nearest shopping mall is 2 km away.
