Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac but close to swim lakes, hiking paths, golf courses, beaches, Costco, grocery stores, bakeries, restaurants, and lots more; 3-8 minutes away by car.

Unwind in this bright, modern suite near the beach in Royal Bay. With its own private entrance, it’s the perfect home base for couples & families. Sleep peacefully in the queen bedroom, with extra space on the double pull-out couch. Explore scenic seaside trails, golf, grab coffee at local cafés, then come back to cook in the fully stocked kitchen (oil, spices, wrap, pans, coffee maker, etc.) and stream a movie with fast WiFi & cable. SuiteVista

SuiteVista is close to Beautiful Mill Hill Park in a quiet neighborhood with a view of mountains and mighty trees. Just a 30 min walk or 6 min drive to Goldstream (the heart of Langford). Royal Roads University is only a 15 min bike ride away. The evenings are so peaceful here. During the day you hear the neighboring sounds sometimes but still peaceful most of the time. SuiteVista was just renovated. SuiteVista has its own laundry room and an electric fireplace. WiFi, Cable and Parking included.

Welcome to Aisling Reach! Located on the oceanfront in the peaceful neighbourhood of Gordon Head in Victoria. You can enjoy the stellar views of Haro Strait and San Juan Island, as well as a chance to do some whale watching on your private patio. Cottage Retreat by the Bay

The cottage bay retreat is in the lower level of our character home. My adult daughter and I live upstairs. We are located across the street from sandy Cordova Bay beach which is what makes staying in Cordova Bay so special. There is abundant sea life with otters, seals, eagles, crabs and a wonderful sandbar to explore tidal pools at low tide. It’s a great place to kayak or paddle board. Bike trails to Victoria are 1 block away. Come back from the beach and relax in this rustic stylish space.

Walk 1/2 a block to a 3 Km beach, look across at Victoria and the Olympic Mountains and you may see otters and whales. Across Esquimalt Lagoon, a bird sanctuary, is Dunsmuir castle, part of Royal Roads University.

Our three private guest suites are accessed from a common library, landing, stairwell, and foyer. You will most likely meet other guests or us in the common areas.
