The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. Our apartments are directly located on one of Europe's finest beaches, the "Jaz". Its 1200 meters are composed of soft and smooth sand, which reaches very gradually into the depth of the sea - an ideal playground for children. The historical town of "Budva" lies within a stone's throw (2,5 km) and the airport "Tivat" at a distance of 15 km.
