Die Lage im Alauntal, umgeben von Wald und Bach, besticht durch Abgeschiedenheit und den Garten zum Entspannen und Spielen. Leider hat man im Haus kein und im Garten schlechtes Handynetz. Für Sportler gibt es über 1000 Kletterrouten (siehe Reiseführer) sowie schöne Radstrecken (Radraum vorhanden).

Dort findet man mehrere tolle Restaurants, Cafés und Eisläden... Die Wohnung hat 2 getrennt begehbare Schlafzimmer und befindet sich im Dachgeschoß eines Mehrparteienhauses. Zusätzlich ist ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Pelletsofen vorhanden.
