In summer the balcony is a favorite place for breakfast, watching numerous native birds. In the coastal village of Queenscliff, only 1.5hrs from Melbourne, with easy access to the Great Ocean Road. Your hot tub, set in the privacy of the rear garden & sunset from the adjacent walking path. Easy walk to Harbour, local shops/restaurants, Blues Train & beach. The property location is walking distance to Blue Waters Lake,Barwon River Estuary, local cafes, Boat ramp and Ocean Grove beach.
