This house built in 1906 has classic old world charm with wood floors, tall ceilings, and original mill work. A short walk to restaurants, boutiques, trollies, and the riverfront. Clementine Cottage is a completely remodeled 125-year-old home in Historic Washington, MO just blocks from the Downtown District and an easy walk to parks, lake, river front and Fair Grounds. Hope you are a coffee lover! We own three Drive-Thru Coffee stands (Exit11) in the area and would love for you to visit while you are out and about or if you need to get work done, come visit our Coworking Center. Just a 20 min drive to Missouri wine country in Augusta and about 45 minutes to St. Louis.

Country home lower level, private, full kitchen

Very private country setting just 2 miles south of interstate 70. You’ll likely enjoy some wildlife sightings. Nice private patio seating. Cabin feel, spacious, has full kitchen. Murphy bed in the living room (very comfortable) provides an extra Q bed if needed, otherwise it’s out of the way. Internet was weak so affected some reviews but is super fast now. Nearby destinations are Cedar Lake Winery, Big Joel’s Safari, Long Row Lavender Farm, and Pumpkins Galore.
