The apartment has easy access to many beautiful beaches (Tramore, Dunmore East & Bunmahon to name but a few), all of which are a 20-30 minute drive. Our 1st floor apartment is 25-35 minute walk to the centre of Waterford city. Alternatively, there is a bus stop directly adjacent to the apartment complex where buses run into town every 20 minutes. While a very quiet complex, the apartment is within a 1 min walk to Tesco, takeaways (x 3), off-licence, grocery shops, local bar and restaurant.

Formerly part of the dairy farm in the grounds of historic Annestown house, this is one of four newly refurbished apartments in a very unique location, offering breath-taking views of the Atlantic Ocean, with direct access to the cliffs and Annestown beach.
