This 1 bedroom apartment has a large outdoor private patio & based on the edge of Wellington City. Just a short walk to town, Sky Stadium, Wellington railway station, waterfront, restaurants and shopping. A perfect place to stay overnight if catching the ferry, a quick 5 minutes drive away. Nestled on the top 2 floors, it has magnificent day and night views of the Sea and Wellington City. This well equipped self contained space is a great spot for a weekend get away, holiday or business trip.

Centrally located , this warm & sunny studio is easy walking distance from the best that the city has to offer, and a short drive to airport & ferries. I'm an architect, and originally designed the studio as a workspace at the rear of our home for my photographer husband, Ian. We've recently converted it to a self-contained dwelling, so we can share what we love about the city. Cafes, shops & restaurants, walks around the harbour & hills - It's all within easy reach, or just sit back & relax.

The Lighthouse is a unique, romantic place on the South Coast. Stunning views, opposite a swimming and dog beach plus rock pools, it’s great for walks. With a comfy double bed and steep stairs, it’s private and quiet - brilliant on a sunny day, cosy in a storm. There's a fantastic cafe around the corner; shops are 10 minutes’ walk away. The main Island Bay bus stop is nearby with regular buses. It's a 9 minute drive to the airport and 15 minutes to downtown Wellington. Small dogs on request.
