A two bedroom house in the small village ( less than 200 residents) of Rochester, OH. There are woods and open areas of about 4.0 acres with availability of fire pit for a peaceful evening. Property has a steam engine to view. Playground about one quarter mile from house. We are still updating home and property. Private, quiet area except but there is train track about 300 feet from the house. You are 20 minutes from Ashland, OH and Oberlin, OH. 45 minutes from Cedar Point and Cleveland.

Whether you’re shopping, eating, boating, or checking out the farmer’s market, Vermilion always has something going on, so book your stay! Although there is no beach access, at the end of the road, you can see Lake Erie! The cottage is close to public beach access, the lighthouse and several parks. Approximately 45 minutes to the Miller Ferry Port and 35 minutes to Cedar Point.

Welcome to our Treehouse Suite! Centrally located in a country setting, but close to city amenities with peaceful views up in the trees. Our suite is above our oversized detached garage. Close to everything. CLE Airport, Baldwin Wallace, Oberlin College, Downtown Cleveland, Southpark Mall. Located near SR 71, SR 480, Ohio Turnpike, SR 83, SR 82, & SR 10. We have WiFi, Hulu Plus, and Disney channels, L-shaped desk for working, access to firepit upon request. Pets are welcome.

The Farmer's cottage is a cozy one bedroom mid-century farm cottage on 2 acres of land nestled among farm fields and woodlands . It features a queen-sized bed, bath and full custom kitchen along with a smart TV and Wi-Fi. . A park-like yard with a stone fireplace and solar installation awaits. This country property features self contained utilities including a water well, sanitation and electricity. Enjoy fresh eggs from our chickens and baked goods from our farm kitchens.

The Cottage

Intimate, modern, and well-lit, The Cottage is a charming 400 square feet. With a back yard surrounded by Eastern Redbud trees, it is a clean and private space only 3 blocks from the center of town. Guests can unwind in peace or head downtown for more excitement. A well-scrubbed floor, a snug bed, a hot shower, all manner of breakfast sundries and a full kitchen awaits your leisure. We think you'll be comfortable, whatever your adventure might be!

Single level 750 sq ft house with 1 full bathroom,3 bedrooms(queen,full,&twin) with a driveway! Located in a quiet neighborhood on the south end of town.15 minute walk,3 minute drive to downtown Oberlin.Cvs and Mcdonalds are across the street.The bike path is less than a city block away and there's a community park about 1 city block away.And a 25 minute drive to Cleveland Hopkins International Airport.

Charming condo close to the best Northeast Ohio has to offer! 40 minutes from Cedar Point and downtown Cleveland, and less than 10 miles from Oberlin College. Smart TV but no cable, washer/dryer in unit. **A previous tenant from over 1 yr ago smoked here** Carpet/paint replaced but some have stated stale smell is bothersome. If sensitive please be advised. Hope to have you for your stay!
