The house sleeps 8, with 2 queen bedrooms & 1 bunk room that sleeps 4. The perfect spot to stay to be close to Newburyport, the surf, bird watching, running, cycling, and scenic walks through the peaceful Wildlife Refuge. Please note: this is NOT a party house. It's a cottage to be enjoyed by friends & family, in respect to neighbors and our home.

Enjoy a cozy stay in a lake front cottage. Located in Essex, on chebacco lake, this 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home has everything you could need. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable living space with wifi and a large TV, and a comfy couch overlooking the lake. We have a external monitor with a keyboard and mouse to set up a workstation if needed. A large deck and seasonal dock to hang out on. Close to the ocean if you get tired of the lake. It's an excellent home base on Boston's North Shore.

The second room can be used for office work, reading retreat or a guest can use this room for a sleeping area on a single size (twin) bed. Newly updated galley kitchen and appliances. The house is within walking distance of Nantasket Beach and is set back from the road in a large, quiet yard. Don't worry about beach parking—the driveway is big enough to park two cars. Hull has plenty of restaurants and activities. Grab a post-swim ice cream in the summer and watch the sunset on the secluded patio.

Dogs under 55 lbs allowed (no more than 2 ) no cats. Yard is not fenced in.
