Explore our small town with a big history, visit its historic buildings, great restaurants and unique shops. The location is convenient to all of the South Coast.

Our Sunny Studio is centrally located on Martha's Vineyard. A down-island location with an up-island feel. Open and airy studio with kitchenette and bath. The apartment has all the essentials. The apartment is located within walking distance of hiking and biking trails. A 10 to 15 minute car ride to any down-island town / beach. ***Please Note: Although conveniently located we are not within walking distance to Bars or Restaurants. We do recommend first time visitors rent or bring a car.

This is an incredible property! Renovated and spotless with all the amenities to make your stay feel like home, only better. Downtown Oak Bluffs and her beautiful beaches are within a five-minute walk. There is a local market and deli right next door where you can find anything you need in a pinch, and a great BBQ restaurant across the street. This second floor apartment has one bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a queen pullout couch. Smart TVs, full kitchen and laundry plus much more!

Short walk to the beach (1/4 mile), Fort Rodman and Fort Taber where there is a military museum and a walking/bike path. 3rd fl Waterfront Oak Bluffs Harbor Penthouse- Sleeps 2 comfortably-3 in a pinch. (356sqft) . Queen bed & a reclining futon couch. With kitchenette & amazing harbor views, you cannot get closer to harbor, unless you fell in. Located above a seasonal restaurant, with 5 open air restaurants (2 on each side, & were in the middle with our restaurant Lobsterville Bar & Grille below)

Historic Fairhaven Village Garden-Level Suite

Garden level suite with private entrance in safe, quiet neighborhood. Completely new renovation with modern amenities, yet classic feel. Located within our family home, a historic structure dating back to the mid 19th century, originally Sawin Hall. Other incarnations of our home include The Second Advent Church and the Fairhaven Grange Hall.
