Our corner property home is in a perfect quiet, safe neighborhood. Our wonderful neighbors live here all year round, how lucky! We are ten minutes by car to Capemay beaches, mall & restaurants. Bay is 3minutes by car. Our home is all newly updated to everyone’s taste. We always replenish our bedding, towels, area rugs and linens in each season. We know how important a CLEAN comfortable home is. Especially sleep, so we have amazing mattresses as well. We only want the best experience for you!

Located on Stone Harbor Boulevard. Minutes from the beach. The bare essentials but you will be spending most of your vacation outside on the beach, exploring Stone Harbor, or outside crabbing and paddle boarding during high tide. During low tide, enjoy being surrounded by the wetlands habitat. $195 per night.(NO cleaning fee) FIRST floor unit. Stone Harbor Blvd is a 35 mph road which leads into Stone Harbor. Please read below about the tide(see pics of low tide) coming in and out 2x’s a day.

Where your toughest decision is beach or pool!

*We do not rent to groups under the age of 25. The furnishings are very comfortable, clean & sanitized. With a queen bed in each room (new mattresses 2023) and sofa bed in the living-room, it easily sleeps 4-6 people (four adults, two children). Use it as a base to explore the area and enjoy the beaches/local attractions, or just relax by the pool. Wifi throughout condo and Apple TV in both bedrooms. Two blocks to the marina & 5 blocks to the beach, this Wildwood condo is ideally located.

You’ll love my place because of the beachfront access, and the ambiance. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and furry friends (pets). Sleeps 4. A signed lease is required. Signers must be 25 or older. During peak season (Mid-June through Labor Day week) rental schedule runs Sunday-Thursday, Thursday-Sunday, or Sunday-Sunday only. Pre and Post Season dates are flexible with a 2 night minimum stay.
