Situated a few minutes walk from a local beach and with just a 10 minute walk to Weymouth harbour. The property is thoughtfully furnished to provide a comfortable experience. Private gated off road parking with security cameras leads to a rear self contained outdoor patio area and the main entrance.

We've tried to update the cottage in keeping with a turn of the century victorian home, yet keeping it stylish and up to date with all the mod-cons you would expect. This recently converted 2 bed self contained 1st floor apartment, which is featured on Homes Under The Hammer and won an accommodation from Weymouth Civic Society. It is located in the heart of Weymouth with each room equipped with WIFI and Smart TVs with Netflix and Amazon Prime. The beach and train station are approximately 100 yards away with easy access to bars and restaurants. There are plenty of shops nearby and the picturesque harbour is only a short walk away.
