Beautiful Apartment Connected to an Art Gallery

This stunning minimalist-inspired home adds its own artistic flair to the decor by placing bold and exciting art pieces throughout every room. With hardwood floors and black and white fixtures, each space has an elegant charm and character. The gallery and apartment is owned by an artist, who designed the space to show his work. Guests will have access to the whole gallery, but for rent is only the private apartment adherent to the gallery, including a small kitchen, a combined living sleeping area with a loft style bathtub and attached separate bathroom with shower. The other sleeping area can be separated by movable walls and has an extra bathroom with shower and toilet as well. Guests also have access to the back yard until 10 pm. Our aim is, to welcome all our guests personally and show them around and help them getting started in Berlin. Since we are also living in Berlin we are happy to help if any difficulties occur during the stay. It's Mitte, means closed to all cultural attractions, shopping and nightlife, but still quiet and you don't feel like living in a "bar". I like to call it the "new quiet Mitte" since recently a lot of luxury apartment buildings were constructed next to existing architecture, so it's for Mitte a pretty quiet neighbourhood, but Gendarmenmarkt, Checkpoint Charlie, Alexanderplatz, Friedrichstraße are all within easy walking distance (10min) Subway station (U-Bhf) Spittelmarkt 2 min walk. Several busses 3 min walk at Leipziger Str. Walking distance to Gendarmenmarkt, Checkpoint Charlie, Alexanderplatz and Friedrichstraße about 10 min. You can only access your apartment through the gallery, which may be gently used by the artist. Your apartment is private and will during your stay not be accessed by us. There is easy access to public transport making exploring easy and convenient.

Schöne Wohnung mit kleiner Terasse in nähe des bhf

Ich biete Euch meine kleine FeWo in einer Doppelhaushälfte im ruhigen Nauen an. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss, ca.900m vom Bahnhof Nauen entfernt. Berlin BhfZoo ist schnell zu erreichen(25min).Das Havelland mit ihren geschichtsträchtigen Orten, zahlreichen Wasserwegen laden ganz besonders zum Wandern und Radfahren ein. Für Motorradfahrer steht eine Garage zur Verfügung.Die Altstadt ist 1,2km entfernt. 10% meiner Einnahmen werden für einen guten Zweck gespendet.Ich freue mich auf Euch

woanders - stilvoll & gemütliches Stadt-Apartment

Das 82qm grosse Apartment liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse und doch mittendrin im lebendigen Akazienkiez. Unzählige Spielplätze, nette Restaurants, Bars, Modegeschäfte, Galerien, Bioläden, Spielwarengeschäfte, Buchhandlungen und Bäcker sind alle unmittelbar in der Nachbarschaft zu finden. Jeden Samstag ist Markt auf dem Winterfeldtmarkt. Direkt um die Ecke kann man sich ein Fahrrad mieten. Die nächste U-Bahn Station, S-Bahn sowie Busse sind alle unmittelbar zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar.

Das ehemals Bismarck'sche Gutshaus Bhj. 1770, 2009 komplett renoviert, ist ein idealer Ort für Ferien und auch workation- zum Arbeiten und Ausspannen. Die stilvoll eingerichtete separate Wohnung (155qm) mit eigenem Eingang, Fußbodenheizung, antikem Kachelofen, einem Arbeitsplatz, einer voll eingerichteten Küche und einem Whirlpool neben der eigenen Terrasse der Wohnung sowie einem Sauna-Häuschen im weitläufigen Park bietet zu jeder Jahreszeit die Möglichkeit einer abwechslungsreichen Auszeit.

Ferienwohnung inkl. Whirlpoolabend im Fläming

Ländlich gelegen im kleinen Dörfchen Grebs im Hohen Fläming 45min süd-westlich von Berlin. Der große Gemeinschaftsgarten mit Wald direkt dahinter bietet genug Platz zum Entspannen. Unsere frisch-renovierte Wohnung in der ersten Etage lädt im modernen Stil zum Verweilen ein. Ebenfalls bieten wir einen Abholservice nach Absprache (bis 20km Umkreis) f. einen Aufpreis an. Pool sowie Whirlpool (draußen überdacht) gibt es bei uns natürlich auch und ist inklusive. Bitte uns vorher dazu ansprechen. 😊

Aufgeteilt in 2 große lichtdurchflutete Zimmer erwartet Dich eine voll ausgestattete Wohnung - inkl. kleiner Arbeitsplatz am Fenster- mit direktem Zugang zur Terrasse inmitten unserer kleinen grünen Oase. Die Wohnung befindete sich im Erdgeschoss. Hinter dem Haus stehen kostenfreie Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist 15 min vom Flughafen BER entfernt. Ein Shuttleserivice ist nach Absprache möglich.

Entspanntes Wohnen in der Innenstadt

Unsere Wohnung ist sehr hell und freundlich. Perfekte Größe für Paare oder auch für jeden, der auf der Suche nach einer kleinen aber feinen Unterkunft ist. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Zentrum der Innenstadt. Die Wohnung ist im Dachgeschoss und bietet daher einen guten Blick auf den Turm der Burg. Gegenüber befindet sich ein kleines Eiscafé und verschiedene Restaurants sind innerhalb 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Bahnhof ist ca. 10 Gehminuten entfernt und der Busbahnhof ca. 5 Gehminuten.

Stunning, totally private souterrain apartment

A unique, wonderful hideaway! The apartment has recently been renovated and complete interior designed by the owner who managed to match beautiful features with pragmatic living. It enjoys its own private entrance trough the garden and is situated in a prime location in Kreuzberg. In the vicinity you will find beautiful shops, supermarkets, restaurants, museums and Berlin's most popular parks. The apartment is the perfect base for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers and families.

Separate Unterkunft mit eigenem Bad

Die Unterkunft ist verkehrsgünstig gelegen (an der L63). Bushaltestelle ist 100 m vom Grundstück entfernt. Parken ist am Haus möglich. Bäcker mit Frühstücksangebot ist zu Fuß in 5 min erreichbar, Stadtzentrum in 20 min; mit dem Auto 15 min bis Dessau-Zentrum u. 20 min bis Köthen. Ihr habt vom Treppenhaus einen direkten Zugang zur Unterkunft. Grill- u. Feuerstelle sind im Garten vorhanden. Elbe, Biosphärenreservat, Wassertretstelle u. a. bieten viele Erholungsmöglichkeiten in der Natur.

Das Studio HUGO bietet alles, was das Urlauberherz begehrt – ruhig gelegen am Georgengarten, im Radius von einem Kilometer das Bauhaus, die Meisterhäuser und das Kornhaus erreichbar und doch nur wenige Kilometer von der Innenstadt entfernt. Ob nur für einen Wochenendtrip zum Erkunden der Stadt oder auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt, beispielsweise während Ihrer Arbeit in Dessau, lässt es sich im grünen Stadtteil Ziebigk gut leben und entspannen.
