The Studio is a contemporary, cosy, recently refurbished, stand-alone annexe. It is self-contained and has it's own private entrance. Ideal for a quiet getaway for couples who want the peace of this beautiful village but to have historic York only 4 miles away. The Studio is on the Route 66 cycle path, and you are minutes away from woodland and country walks of outstanding beauty. The village is well served with a bakery, bistro, village store, pub, beauty and hair salon and pharmacy.

The Bellissimo is a ‘home from home’ lodge ~ you won’t want to leave ❤️ It is NOT a place for party goers!!! It’s in a wonderful location only 20 minutes drive south of YORK allowing you access to everything that the historic city offers. There is also a Hot tub but Strict rules apply ~ minimum noise after 10pm. It also has an outside kitchen in order for you to feel at one with nature whilst cooking those burgers & sausage on the BBQ We also have Netflix and numerous board games

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Quiet, secluded location 15 min walk from Dunnington. York city centre 6 miles away. Located directly on the Way of the Roses cycleway or Route 66. There is a third of a mile gravel track leading to the property if arriving by car. Direct access to Hagg Wood across private field. There is a sofa bed in the living room which can be used if needed for one adult or two small children.

Fairview Apartment

Comfortable modern ground floor apartment located next to a farm shop, cafe and campsite within easy walking distance from the historic market town of Pocklington. Originally this was my parents ‘granny flat’ which benefits from wheelchair access through the front door, along with a large shower shower with grab handles. An open plan kitchen, dining and lounge are with very comfortable high backed electric recliner chairs.

The Applebarn is a cosy little Holtby Home

This idyllic and cosy hideaway for two in the centre of the peaceful village of Holtby, offers spacious and comfortable accommodation, yet is only five miles from the city of York. The Apple Barn overlooks a secluded terrace, a gravelled courtyard area and a large garden, all of which are shared with the owners and there is off road parking available for one vehicle.
