Situee sur 3 ha dans les bois avec un accès au bord de l'eau à Harraseeket Cove et au port de South Freeport, idéal pour le kayak! Seulement 5 minutes des nombreux magasins, restaurants, bars, etc. de LLBean et Freeport. Wolfes Neck State Park et ses superbes sentiers côtiers et forêts sont à moins d'un mile.

Newly built guesthouse above owner's garage with insane sunrises & great view. Property is located on 36 acres, owner lives on site in a separate house with her 3 dogs, 1 exceptionally lazy cat and 4 rogue chickens (they may all come visit you!). Grounds have ancient apple trees, loads of perennial gardens with more in progress, berries and an organic vegetable garden that we would love to share from if desired. Steep Falls is a rural village. Our home is a 5 min walk to the Saco River a favorite destination for canoeing, kayaking or tube floating (after the spring run off!) It is just a 10 min drive to the boat launch for Sebago Lake, one of Maine's largest and most beautiful bodies of water.

Staying at the Roost means you will be 15 minutes to the ocean, the airport and to the Old Port; 10 minutes to nearby lakes and rivers; 5 minutes to everything downtown Westbrook has to offer, including many restaurants, parks, live music venues, shopping and a movie theater: what you are looking for is nearby! This charming cottage is thoughtfully furnished, it's your home away from home! Clean and cozy, one bedroom with queen size bed and full kitchen. Sit in front of the gas fireplace or on your own private deck overlooking the 105 acres of Black Brook Preserve. Take a hike, snowshoe or cross-country ski right outside your door. We now have new sofa, bed, refrigerator, stove, as well as shower and bathroom flooring.
