Self contained part of charming thatched cottage in this attractive South Oxfordshire village, between Didcot (2.5 miles) and Wallingford (3.5 miles). The accommodation has its own entrance, sitting room - with inglenook fireplace (only use electric fire provided) - and steep, winding stairs leading to the large bedroom with vaulted ceiling and superking bed. Guests will have sole use of the adjoining bathroom. Period features also include low beams, but rule out a shower. Not for children.

Harpsden is a small rural village 1 mile sth of Henley. 8 mins walk to the river, 18 min to town center. Our Barn conversion is situated opposite the beautiful old church of St Margaret of Antioch which is steeped in History. We have a large garden backing onto the golf course and village cricket green. This bright and comfortable double bedroom in Staines upon Thames, (suits 1-2 people) is 15 minutes to London Heathrow and 25 minutes to Ascot racecourse. Thorpe Park, Legoland and Windsor are a bus ride from Staines. Train access to London is a 20 minute walk to the station, then a 35-40 minutes on the train, or 5 minute drive to nearest parking for the station. The garden has seating and there are lovely walks along the River Thames to Staines shops and restaurants.
