The Annexe - Idyllic and tranquil rural location

Rural location in a small hamlet surrounded by rolling landscapes. Lake Vyrnwy is 5 miles away and offers beautiful walking, biking and access to the RSPB conservation areas. The property is finished to a high specification and has a separate garden with stunning views from the patio. Guests have their own access into the downstairs seating and dining area which leads to the well equipped kitchenette and shower room. Upstairs there is a double bedroom and lounge area with beautiful views.

Fferm y Bryn (Bryn Farm)

Small self contained SELF CATERING annex attached to owner's farmhouse with it's own private entrance and outside seating area on working family farm with cattle. Approx 4 miles from Betws y Coed and Llanrwst. Good base for outdoor activites in the area like Zip world, Bounce Below etc. with the coasts of Llandudno/Colwyn Bay approx 20 miles from farm. A ten minute walk away from the village of Caergwrle with its own "castle" and rail line Estyn Lodge is set in beautiful countryside and offers far reaching views over Cheshire and North Wales. The self contained accommodation is spread over two floors with the upstairs being accessed by a slim spiral staircase. There is a small private decked area to the rear with off road parking to the front. Road links to North Wales and Chester makes this an ideal location for a long or short break.
