This unique independent unit has a style all its own. Charming one bedroom unit with open living concept - kitchen, dining area, bedroom, and work space. Private bath with walk-in closet. Excellent, easy path down to the sandy beach. Front windows and deck are west-facing with some ocean view. Large yard, two decks, and outdoor hot tub, all for your use only. Seal Rock State Park is nearby, as are Newport to the north and Yachats to the south. 12% of rental fee is paid to the County for taxes.

Less than 5 min. from Heceta beach and even closer to North Jetty Beach. Located 10 min. from the shops and restaurants in Old Town Florence and the Port of Suislaw marina /boat launch. Both the Ocean Dunes Golf Course and Florence Golf Links are a short drive from our place. It is a 13 min. drive to the dunes OHV area. Unique location w/ a secure (out of sight) parking area on side of garage for your boat or UTV/ATV trailer. Relax with the whole family at this quiet, peaceful place to stay.

This wooden cabin has a vaulted wooden ceiling and bamboo floors. Camp Creek flows past the deck to the Siuslaw River. Beautiful tranquil forest vistas are there to inspire you to write your novel. This cozy special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Just a short drive and you can be in Old Town Florence, at the casino, (2) golf courses and various beach selections. The Purple House is in a residential community so generally a quiet stay. The house stands out in a crowd and is easy to find. Off street, designated, parking!! (There is additional parking on the street if needed.) The apartment sleeps (4) but space is most comfortable for (2) guests.
