Top-floor (45 m²) ski-in ski-out apartment at Ylläs Ski Resort accommodating 5 guests. The apartment features a bedroom with a 160 cm wide double bed, an alcove with a 120 cm wide bed and an 80 cm upper bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a drying cabinet and a washing machine. Separate toilet. Walking distance to the ski slopes, equipment rentals, restaurant services, nature trails, and Ylläs Bike Park. Excellent for families. A Ski-in&out apartment completed in 2023 with two bedrooms and easy access to the ski tracks and slopes, hiking and cycling trails. The apartment has modern amenities and bed linen and towels are included. Both bedrooms have a double bed and plenty of closet space, a private sauna that heats up quickly, a private ski storage room, and a bike storage and ski maintenance room in the building. Hyvätasoinen Ski in – ski out -lomahuoneisto sijaitsee Ylläs Ski Resort hiihtokeskuksen ytimessä Ylläsjärvellä, 100 metrin päässä Ylläs1-gondolihissiltä ja 500 metrin päässä Länsiraja-hiihtohissiltä. Hiihtoladut lähtevät 200 metrin päästä. Huoneistossa majoittuu mukavasti 2-4 henkilöä. Huoneistosta avautuvat upeat näkymät Ylläsjärven suuntaan. Vuodevaatteet, pyyhkeet ja loppusiivous sisältyvät hintaan ajalla 1.11.-30.4. muuna ajankohtana vuokralainen hoitaa itse siivouksen siivouksen jne.

The cabin provides comfortable accommodation spaces and a well-equipped kitchen where you can prepare delicious meals after long days. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, one of which has separable beds. Upstairs there's a large bunk beds, WC and a fold-out futon sofa for an extra bed. The sauna is located in a separate outdoor building, accessed through a glazed terrace. An outdoor fireplace is also situated on the terrace, where you can enjoy even the chilliest of evenings.
