L'appartement (40m2) est situé directement sur la plage et les dunes. Depuis votre appartement, vous avez une vue imprenable sur la mer. Il peut accueillir conf. 2 personnes et est entièrement neuf (2021). Salon confortable avec TV, cuisine entièrement équipée, lit king-size, WIFI et salle de bain. Vous avez un parking privé juste à côté de l'appart., ainsi qu'une terrasse privée avec une table à manger et des chaises de plage. Votre chien est le bienvenu, nous n'autorisons qu'un seul chien.

Onze studio is van alle gemakken voorzien met een heerlijk bed van 160x210. Een eigen keuken, heerlijke douche en tv met Netflix. Het is een rustige straat en alles is op loopafstand. Ons strand heeft vele mooie, leuke en gezellige strandtenten met ontzettend lekker eten en mooie wijnen. Ons dorp is heel erg gezellig. Leuke winkeltjes en fijne restaurantjes. De natuur in de omgeving is prachtig. De ideale strandvakantie, (kite)surf vakantie of lekker van de natuur in de omgeving genieten.

Een heerlijk rustig appartement, vlakbij het strand, station en centrum. Vanaf het terras zie je de zee! Twee minuten lopen en je bent op het strand. Het appartement heeft een eigen opgang. Het ligt in een rustige woonwijk in het zuidelijke deel van Zandvoort, op minder dan 5 minuten lopen van zowel het strand als het dorpscentrum. De strandstudio is volledig zelfvoorzienend voor 2 personen met een aparte badkamer, een keuken en een beschut, zonnig terras om buiten te zitten.

It meets all modern standards. Near the beach, busstation, trainstation, shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. You will love this appartment because of the open spaces and the use of natural materials like concrete, wood and metal. It gives an industrial coziness to the house.
