Space includes a bedroom/walk in closet,great room/kitchenette, breakfast room(needs some paint) and bathroom. Enjoy the view out the picture window of the farm fields and big sky, play foos ball, swim in the pool, visit the animals, rest by the pond. There are sitting areas all around to inspire. There are country roads to travel, so drive slow and watch for deer. Winter roads are an adventure!

Caroline CottageOne room cottage in the village. Recently updated with all new furniture and appliances. **Sofa bed delayed until June. Temporary sofa/futon in it's place** Bathroom was remodeled in 2020 with a beautiful glass shower enclosure and pebble floor. Perfect bungalow for a single, couple, or small family. Living area will have a double size sofa bed. Tiny home with many unique features. Confirmed bookings will receive a link to a beautiful digital guidebook full of house and local information.

Guests have the second floor to themselves. Host occupies bedroom on first floor of the home. Brighton offers a variety of restaurants and shops with easy access to US23/I96 for quick access to downtown Brighton, Ann Arbor, or Detroit. Mt. Brighton is a short drive away.

Our neighbors love that we DO NOT ALLOW parties & late night outdoor activities. Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac on 2 acres. The Milford Luxury Home is our 2nd home. This home has been in our family since 1986; when I designed & personally built it for my parents. We completed a full renovation in 2018, updated in 2020

Tumble Down Lakefront Cottage - Hot tub & Sunsets!

Historic waterfront guest house known as 'Tumble Down' with amazing sunsets. Originally built in 1923 by a well-known gentleman who built many field stone cottages in the area, several of which are on West Crooked Lake. Tumble Down is a cozy 1,000 sq foot guest house with two floors: the upper level has 2 bedrooms, family room and access to a private deck with a deep seating area. The lower level has a bathroom, kitchen with breakfast bar, TV family room, dining area (seating for six) and opens to a patio with grill, dining area (seats 8) and Adirondack chairs. Tumble Down cottage sits closest to the water with a private entrance and is located in front of the main house that was added to the property in 2005. Tumble Down is located on low boat traffic, West Crooked Lake with access to East Crooked Lake. Both are all sports lakes. Relax and barbecue on your private deck overlooking the lake, enjoy the hot tub or roast marshmallows over the campfire. Sunbathing on the shore, deck or dock. Paddle around the lake in the 2 kayaks or 2 stand-up paddleboards provided or bring your own boat. Boat launch 1/2 mile away. Great fishing. Property has extensive gardens and was featured on the LACASA garden tour in 2010. Be sure to explore the secret gnome garden. Courtyard with fountain. Tumble Down has much to offer year-round, enjoy foliage color in the fall, Enjoy cross-country skiing and ice fishing on the lake during the winter. Magnificent fall colors on the property as well as several state parks in the area, Kensington Metro Park and Island Lake. 3 mile drive to Mt Brighton for skiing/snowboarding in the winter and golf at the Jackal in the summer. Many additional golf courses, restaurants, shopping, antiquing, etc are very close by. Inquire for recommendations. Downtown Brighton (4 miles) and Howell (6 miles) offer many events in the summer including concerts, sidewalk sales, holiday parades, farmers markets, Howell Balloon Festival, Ann Arbor Art Fairs, Brighton Art Festival, Howell Melon Festival, Brighton's Smokin' Jazz & Barbecue Blues Festival, etc. A close drive to U-M (30 minutes), MSU (30 minutes) and Detroit (45 minutes), a great place to stay for all college and professional sporting events.
