Continue past the Galatea Bar on your right and across from Bute's own Island Radio Station is our holiday retreat 20 Castle Street. Check-in and out is via lock box & we are readily contactable.

The apartment is almost beachfront and a short 3 minute walk to beautiful woodland walks. The apartment is on the 4th floor with views of the sea. From the kitchen window you can watch the ferries coming into the harbour. Perfect for a short break.

Gowanlea is situated on the waterfront in Kilchattan Bay, Isle of Bute with stunning sea views. The village of Kilchattan Bay is 15 minutes drive from the main town of Rothesay, a perfect Scottish Island rural getaway. This is a very quiet village which offers beautiful landscapes and scenery, alongside the abundance of wildlife and walks it has to offer. The village also has it's own small tearoom as you come in to the village and a bar/ restaurant 1/2 a mile away.
The Isle of Bute is a small island in the South West of Scotland; some half hours ferry crossing and thirty mile drive to Glasgow from Rothesay; with the four minute ferry at the North of the island taking you through beautiful west coast scenery to Dunoon, Lochgilphead, Oban and beyond.
Beautiful large house situated on the stunning Isle of Bute, offering breathtaking views of St Ninians bay while giving you and your loved ones privacy to relax and unwind by the fire. With 3 double bedrooms and one twin this property is the perfect family getaway. The island has so much to offer which we will be happy to recommend if you haven’t had the great pleasure of visiting previously. The property also features its own slip way if you were planning on coming by boat.
'Waverley View' is beautifully located in the bay of Rothesay. Overlooking the harbour, bay and hills and only a short walk (less than 3 minutes) from the ferry, shops and supermarket, it is an ideal starting point to explore the Isle of Bute. The apartment has recently been renovated to a high standard and offers three bedrooms, a modern kitchen and bathroom. It is an ideal location for a weekend away with friends or family but also caters perfectly for a longer stay.
2nd Floor flat is located a few hundred yards from the ferry port and you can see when the boat has arrived from the living room window. Space consists of two bedrooms - one double and one twin, entrance hall, two large cupboards and a living area which also has the kitchen at one end of the room. This is our own holiday space that we have listed here and when we don’t have guests we often use ourselves. There is a washing machine, Xbox one, Wii U, Netflix, Amazon Prime and Chromecast
Top floor, spacious Victorian flat situated on the seafront, less than half a mile from Rothesay. The flat has been refurbished recently and is a comfortable place to relax and unwind. Be greeted by incredible views towards the Kyles of Bute from the large bay window. Watch the ferries, fishing boats and seagulls going about their business. You may even be lucky enough to spot seals or dolphins from the window!

Views over the Winter Gardens to the seafront and the mountains of Argyll beyond. Two minutes from ferry, buses and supermarket.
Tigh Na Ceol is a detached beachfront retreat in Kingarth on the Isle Of Bute. This modern property has been refreshed and decorated throughout. The garden opens directly on to the beautiful and peaceful sandy beach at Kilchattan Bay, popular with families and dog walkers.
The flat is situated across the road from the beach (about 30 secs walk) We are on the edge of the town, about 2 mins walk from the main supermarket and about 3 mins walk from the main shopping street of the town. There is free parking at the back of the building and free parking at the front too. We are situated about 7/8 minutes walk from the main ferry pier and you can watch the ferry coming in from the front windows. All in all it's a very warm, comfortable flat and we are very pet friendly.
