A cottage style end of terrace property, a little out of the city but with good bus routes - travel time 30-45 minutes to city centre - the area is semi-rural NB: I have agreed to Airbnb requirements to ensure a COVID safe environment for all guests; check website for details - Due to COVID pandemic, from 04/01/21, I can only receive guests who cannot work from home and need to work away from home/temporarily reside in the locality in order to attend work
The property is a self contained oak-framed barn. The Barn is situated just inside the entrance to Leigh Woods National Park and overlooks beautiful open countryside and the woods themselves. The woods boast excellent walking and mountain bike trails. The Barn is a five minute drive/twenty minute walk to Clifton village and a ten minute drive into Bristol city centre and harbour side. There is a bus stop a short walk away with direct links into Bristol city centre / bus / rail links.
Surrounded by beautiful countryside the Garden Room was converted in 2017 into a cosy, away from it all, self-contained annex. We live next to the property separated by a patio. There is an undercover seating area with a small garden in front. There are three public footpaths crossing the property which enables you to reach the banks of the River Severn without using the road and is also situated on the Gloucester to Bristol National Cycle Route number 41.

The flat is well located for commuters and would also suit those wishing to cycle in to bristol or a retreat from the city. Bristol international airport is only 5 miles away - Holiday parking whilst you are away can be arranged at an additional cost.
