You’ll be welcome in my historical house in the centre of Milan with an amazing view over the city from a terrace luxuriant of flowers and trees. You’ll eat the delicious dishes you prepared: pasta, ravioli, tiramisù that come with an excellent wine and limoncello prepared with my own terrace’s lemons. I will reveal you all the secrets about tagliatelle and the famous ravioli so that you will go back home as an authentic Italian chef. What about bringing a very sweet memory from Italy, one that will always be in your heart? The secret of the classic tiramisù, a family recipe that follows the one of its creator: soft, sweet, delicious and unique! Your friends home will be surprised when you will serve them homemade plates you learned following typical italian recipes in an unique and rare location; the fun experience will leave an unforgettable and marvellous memory. THIS IS NOT A CONVENTIONAL COOKING CLASS: of course you'll learn a lot about pasta but you'll be welcomed into my family like old friends for a traditional Italian meal, cooking all together while sharing our different stories. Ravioli, spaghetti, tagliatelle or other typical kinds of pasta will be on the menu: the masterpiece of Italian cooking history. And, why not, we'll also prepare our "secret" tiramisù with chocolate. Of course, after cooking, we'll enjoy what we have prepared in a simple Italian meal all together with complimentary wine and coffee ;) ps: If you are a group or you don't see availability you can try to reach out to me for dinner or other dates.

We’ll take you around Milan to discover the most beautiful streets, local places and many hidden gems of the city. We will visit the city center discovering many secrets and uncommon places just around the Duomo. All the things we'll see are our favorites: small narrow streets, special architecture, private courtyards and a picturesque coffee shop. All these are the places where the real Milanese goes and experience every day, surrounding themselves with beauty and “bella vita”. Let's have fun together on this walking tour discovering the secrets of Milan in a very very Milanese way. Nous apprendrons à faire les formes les plus connues de pâtes italiennes fraîches que nous accompagnerons de sauces typiques (par exemple, de l'orecchiette et des broccolis ou des nouilles au ragou, des lasagnes, etc.) à déguster ensemble. ,Dans les pauses nous pouvons déguster un bon vin accompagné de quelques collations. Si vous êtes végétarien, végétalien ou que vous avez une intolérance, je me ferai un plaisir de répondre à vos besoins et de créer quelque chose de spécial pour vous. The class is intended to be as professional as relaxed as possible. We will learn how to prepare 3 typical dishes of italian tradition (main course, starter and dessert), for example gnocchi or tagliatelle or risotto, tiramisù, bruschetta or parmigiana. Partecipants will be able to deal with all preparations assisted by me, ask questions and take notes ending with a dinner matched with good italian wines. All recipes will come along with the class, so everybody joining will be able to recreate all preparations at home for family and friends.

This is a friendly cooking experience. You'll be welcomed into a typical Italian home for a traditional meal with a local, where you'll learn how to make Sicilian and Northern Italian homemade pasta. I'll share with you my grandmother and my family's secrets for easily preparing delicious homemade pasta: Sicilian (rigatoni or busiate), tortelli, tagliatelle or other typical kinds of homemade pasta with wheat flour (with gluten and eggs or water). And, Dulcis in fundo (last but not least), we will make my special tiramisù with Sicilian ingredients. We will spend a cool time together to Cooking, eating, drinking, chatting, laughing, sharing stories, and particularly talk about food, which is one of our favorite topics in Italy. Siete degli amanti della natura e della bicicletta? Volete prendervi qualche ora di puro relax, lontani dal traffico e dall’inquinamento milanese? Vi porteremo, in sella alle nostre mountain bike, alla scoperta di una Milano nascosta. Partendo da Trenno (zona San Siro), nella periferia Ovest di Milano, ci immergeremo in tre polmoni verdi poco conosciuti. I parchi che andremo a visitare, sono completamente diversi da quello che è l'immaginario collettivo. Ci immergeremo completamente in paesaggi rurali tipici della campagna. Tutto ciò ci sembrerà impossibile e ci aiuterà a capire quanto sia importante staccare dalla vita frenetica e stressante della città. Alla fine del tour faremo una breve sosta per gustare uno spuntino ristoratore con prodotti tipici italiani, e la sera avremo la possibilità di goderci anche il tramonto in una location molto suggestiva. Cantina Urbana wine tour & tasting. First of all you will greeted at the entrance with a welcome glass of wine. Our staff will show you where you can sit. Then, the visit starts! Tour of the winery and you will discover how the wine is made through the production area and see the vinification steel tank, amphora and barriques for the ageing and finally the bottling process. You will understand the winemaking daily activities. Finally you will be guide into the wine experience with a tasting of 3 different wines paired with a small platter in combination. You will learn how we make wine and get the opportunity to taste it. The experience will be run for 1,30 hour. We please you to be on time and arrive a few minutes early!
