One of our favorite restaurants - casual, more of a locals place with great wraps and burgers and I love the trout. Sue makes the best desserts, too.

Good food and service. Sit at the bar and chat with Mike. We love the fish and chips and the lamp chops but seafood is their specialty. It's a good place to try a Brevard Brewing Co beer, too.

Here you'll find a nice indoor educational exhibit and a paved outdoor trail exhibit as well. Feed the fish! There are a few good hiking options near here, too.
Photos are pre-hurricane Fred which changed the look of Skinny Dip Falls. Great short hike starting from the prettiest view on the Blue Ridge Parkway to some of the prettiest falls/swimming holes in the area.

Breathtaking waterfall in Dupont State Forest. Go early or later or midweek to avoid the crowds. Also super close by is Hooker Falls and High Falls - all 3 within about a mile of each other.
