A visitor’s favourite. Chit is a legend for standing up to government and brewing his own beer. Great spot to end the day after touring koh Kret.

4. Ayutthaya
45 minutes north of my house is the historical city of Ayutthaya! Must see place with ancient temples and ruins, a famous head in a tree, and more. Go there to any famous site, then pay a Tuktuk driver to take you to all the other famous sites. You can also hire bikes.
This can be a day trip. Go by van, taxi, boat, train. Not far away but well worth it.
Very famous must see area. Just 45 minutes north. Day trip to here too s highly recommended. Go to this site first. Then get a Tuktuk driver to take you to all the famous sites.
