Take in the fresh sea air and panoramic views of the Mediterranean during a three-hour cycling adventure along Marseille’s stunning coastline, riding electric bikes to guarantee a smooth, comfortable journey. • Meet at a bike shop to pick up our bikes and go over the route. Then we’ll head out along the Corniche Kennedy, one of the most spectacular coastal routes. • After escaping the bustle of Vieux Port, stop at the Vallon des Auffes, one of Marseille’s most picturesque spots, and the Plage du Prophète, a wide, sandy beach. • Glide through the rugged landscape to the fishing village of Les Goudes, where we’ll take a break for drinks at a local shop before returning to central Marseille. Whether you’re a seasoned cyclist or just looking for a new way to experience Marseille, you’ll leave with a fresh appreciation for the Mediterranean coastline.

Taste Provençal olive oils at the last artisan mill in Nice

As well known as Southern France is for olive oil, Maison Nicolas Alziari is the last artisanal olive oil mill in Nice. Join me for a tour and tasting of this local culinary treasure. • I’ll welcome you into our boutique and share a little about the history of Maison Alziari, which was founded in 1868. • Next, we’ll visit the traditional stone mill, where I’ll walk you through the olive oil production process from harvest to extraction. Depending on the time of year, you may see our master miller at work. • Then I’ll guide you through a tasting, helping you learn how to identify high-quality oils and identify the nuances between different cuvées (batches) of oil. We’ll snack on tapenade toasts as we go. You’ll gain a deeper understanding of traditional olive oils during this class and leave with a gift bag containing a small bottle of your favorite oil.

Hand embroidery workshop on vintage French fabrics

Give vintage fabrics new life by stitching contemporary and minimalist designs on them. Join a textile designer for a one-hour embroidery workshop at Œuvres Sensibles, my studio and showroom. • I’ll begin by sharing a little about my own artistic journey, walking with you through the showroom, and describing the history of textiles in Marseille. • Select a piece of antique fabric from my collection, and I’ll supply you with tools and threads. Then I or a member of my team will show you some of the essential stitching techniques we use. • Stitch your own minimalist embroidery piece. I’ll offer personalized tips and adjustments, ensuring you feel comfortable with this creative process. Once we’re done sewing, we’ll show each other the pieces we’ve created over a cup of tea. You’ll leave the workshop with a piece of beautiful, handcrafted embroidery you’ve made yourself!

La fête de la madeleine à Nice

We will prepare together the madeleine dough and explain different version of my traditional Madeleine recipe. We will work in duo so everybody will be able to really participate. While the Madeleines are in the oven we will have time to discuss about French cuisine and I will of course also be available for any questions you have about the French Riviera or French culture. Impossible to not talk about the world famous "Madeleine de Proust" ;) Once the Madeleines ready, we will enjoy a nice cup of tea or coffee and your work will be rewarded as soon as you will taste your own delicious Madeleines. Bon appétit !!!! Other things to note My place is not Nice city center but contact me to arrange the best transport options. 20mn by tram from the center. Ingredients will include eggs, sugar, flour (gluten), butter, almond flour ... All organic :) Please make sure you are not allergic

Marseille Training Sport

Je vous propose une séance de sport, session running ou circuit training plutôt orientée renforcement musculaire et cardio ou bien un mini parcours sportif (pas plus de 5 km) près de la mer. N'hésitez pas à me contacter pour connaître le thème de la séance du jour ! En fonction du thème de la séance, différents types d'exercices vous seront proposés : Pour le running : mobilité, gammes, fractionnés. Pour le crictuit training : travail avec différents équipements (TRX, Push Up, Haltères, Élastiques, Roulette Abdo...) On commencera par un échauffement pour se mettre en condition et on terminera par quelques étirements. Une enceinte apportera l'ambiance musicale afin de vous motiver encore plus ! La séance durera de 1h à 1h15 environ

Saveurs et beauté d'Annecy : circuit photo et café

Do you want to know where to get the best coffee, croissants, and other delicious French tastiness then this tour is for you. Along the way you will also pick up some photography tips as well. We will start the day in old town Annecy. I will provide a small guided tour through town, stopping at some of my favorite places for creative, thoughtful photos. I will give you local knowledge on where to go, a brief history of the town, and show you just how special this city is. We will grab coffee at two of my favorite cafes where I will educate you on coffee, share a conversation, and help you with the simple tricks to make your travel and food photography photos pop. You will also be given professional knowledge of photography with suggestions to make your photos pop. All cameras are welcome :) Other things to note One coffee beverage will be provided along with valuable heartfelt photo tips from a professional. If you would like to buy souvenirs, coffee, or a snack please bring the necessary currency. I started this experience in 2017 and it’s developed into a great way to explore and taste what Annecy has to offer.
