Self contained small studio next to owners home, offering all the basics for you to explore the Brecon Beacons National Park, National Showcaves, Craig y Nos Castle, the Monkey Sanctuary and Henrhyd Waterfalls. Visit Mumbles and the beautiful Gower coast, for the engergetic follow Route 43 of the National Cycle Network. Two great pubs serving food within walking distance. On road parking. We leave guests enjoy . 40 minutes by bus from Neath station, ask for advice before booking if unsure.

Swn-y-Dwr is a holiday cottage with a modern, contemporary feel, situated in the heart of Betws-y-Coed, The Snowdonia National Park. It sits by Afon Llugwy – one minute's walk from the famous Pont-y-Pair bridge and has extensive, landscaped gardens which sweep down to the river itself. The main high street is three minute's walk away over the bridge. Here you can find shops, restaurants and bars all in a unique setting, surrounded by the steep, wooded crags of the Snowdonia National Park.

Welsh Gatehouse: Luxury 13th Century Medieval Home

The Welsh Gatehouse is a beautiful historic house with modern amenities. Imagine staying in a fairy tale castle built in 1270. The thick walls, ancient windows & steep spiral staircase say 'history'. Romantic log fires keep you warm you in winter, & the thick walls keep you cool in summer. Views from the top of the tower are extraordinary over the Severn Bridges and the Breacon Beacons (NB we call this the terrace in our description below). Unique, luxurious, quirky yet comfortable.

Four Poster Mawddach Suite in Arthog Hall

A peaceful elegant four poster room with stunning views over Mawddach Estuary / views across to Barmouth from your window. We have various private bathrooms which can be used around the Castle. We are located close to Cregennan Lakes which is popular for walking and fishing and we are right next to Arthog Waterfalls. Barmouth is a short drive across the Toll Bridge (80p) (approx 5 miles) away. We have an atrium area where guests can enjoy breakfast which is self serve continental.

back tower room

Tower is a unique place to stay conveniently located just outside the market town of Mold , close to the A55 and less than half an hour from Chester. The tower that the house gets its name from goes back to at least 1460 with latter additions is set in four acres of gardens including a lake. We offer three comfortable guest rooms to choose from, our aim is to provide authentic country house hospitality. All our rooms are large furnished with antiques and family portraits.
