Independent restaurant with seasonal Italian cooking, superb wines, cured meats and artisan cheeses. Amazing pasta! Very, very popular with locals and visitors alike.

Four week waiting list, but it is worth it! I advise booking ahead to coincide with your visit! I wondered how good pasta could be, but I was wrong! Such good food, great cocktails and great atmosphere

Unless you are booking months in advance you are unlikely to get a reservation but best pasta restaurant in Bristol
