CERVICHE!! The classic dish of Peru. We always make a visit to Punta Sal to start our stay in Lima. We always order Jalea, Causa, Ceviche Mixto… The restaurant is a 15 minute walk or 7 minute taxi ride. Try and ask to sit by the windows facing the ocean. The restaurant is directly across the street from the ocean front park and the glider port. You can watch the gliders take off and land.
