Lovely beach for swimming with safe swimming area for children and plenty of nearby cafes , restaurants ,fish and chip shops, ice-cream parlours and amusement arcades. including santa-fe adventure park and mini golf course . www.santafe-funpark.com

Lovely place for a day trip, my children love playing the arcades here, on our last visit we got treated to a traditional Punch and Judy Show on the beach.

Swanage beach is two miles long and sandy. Wonderful views to the Pier and Old Harry's Rocks.

A picturesque seaside small town with independent shops and eating places and an interesting quay and pier. A castle on the hill and a small museum. Steam trains run from the characterful station.
