A tribute to the best coffeehouses of Europe, the cafe is here to spend the day with you; from astounding coffee, made-that-morning breads and pastries from Bartlett House beside selections from our very own patisserie, classic cocktails, and a delicious menu of sandwiches, salads, and soups to stay in or take away.

You're not in Hudson anymore... you're in Paris. Located behind The Maker, a bit hard to find, but worth it. Very speak-easy-ish, luxurious decor, a fireplace that came from Venice, marble that came from a Czar... pricey but decadent.
