Beautiful, easy 4 mile loop around a beautiful mountain lake. Parking is difficult so recommend leaving early.

Generally considered an easy hike, this 4 mile loop takes an average of 90 minutes to complete. It is a very popular area for cross country skiing, hiking, and fishing. Bring a picnic & your swimsuit.

Monarch lake trail is a 4 mile (relatively easy) hike. In the winter it is a 6 mile hike as the main parking lot is closed (parking still available). Crater Lake is a 14 mile total hike at the same entrance. Monarch lake offers fishing and is a great place to paddle board or kayak. Plus it’s dog friendly!

Dogs can do this trail! Must be on leash. This hike is very popular especially on weekends, get there early!

Flat, 4 mile loop trail. Great for the family (don't have the make the full circle)
