The Dominican Resistance Memorial Museum is a memorial museum in honor of all the men and women who fought in one way or another against the dictatorial regime of Rafael Leónidas Trujillo Molina and during the modern regime of Joaquín Balaguer and all those families who lost his relatives during the bloody "Era of Trujillo" and the following "12 years of Balaguer" that really were 22 (12 and 10). The Museum aims to rescue and preserve the history of all those national heroes who at one point were "forgotten" in the minds of the Dominicans. Located in Santo Domingo 48 minutos driving distance from the accommodation.
